VISIT TO WAUSAU - 10/10/09

Our visit to Wausau.

Ellie looking cute in Isabel's and Claudia's hat.  Again with hands in mouth.

Daddy with his little girl.

We went to Wausau because my Aunt Sue was also visiting.  It was so nice to see her again.  Aunt Sue holding Ellie.

And then Ellie giving Aunt Sue a huge smile!

ST. JOHN'S HOMECOMING - 10/3/09

On 10/3/09, Ellie made her first trip to St. John's University.  It was homecoming.  It has been 10 years since Greg graduated.

Greg bought this St. John's t-shirt for Ellie to wear.  We were constantly asked if Ellie was going to attend St. Benedict's.  I told people it was still up for debate (no matter what Greg said) because, after all, I did go to St. Mary's

Dave, Reyna and Liam were also at homecoming.  This is the first time Ellie and Liam really hung out together.  I don't think either of them knew what to make of the other.

Actually, it seems that Liam was eyeing Ellie's pacifer, and decided to go for it.

After Reyna stopped him, and explained that Ellie was his little cousin, Liam decided it was his job to protect Ellie.  However, Ellie still doesn't know what to think of Liam.

This is one of the few pictures we got of both of them looking forward.

FAVORITE PASTTIME

Ellie is now at the stage where everything is going into her mouth.  Her favorite item to put into her mouth are her plastic rings.  But if they aren't around, no big deal, she always has her hands.

She first starts off with one or two fingers in her mouth.

Then progresses to one hand.

And finally, both hands are in the mouth.  I'm such a proud mom!

ELLIE AT 4 MONTHS

Random photos of Ellie at 4 months.

Ellie smiles all the time now.

She has such chubby cheeks!

Ellie loves her jumperoo, but her feet don't quite touch the ground yet.  We have to put a book under her feet for her to stand on.

Ellie also loves taking naps with me.

One of her favorite toys is her spit rag.

All ready for the first Packer vs. Viking game.  Too bad she didn't see anymore than kick-off.  It was her bedtime.

ELLIE AT 3 MONTHS

Random photos of Ellie at 3 months of age.

At about 2 1/2 months, Ellie learned to roll over from tummy to back.  I thought I should try to capture this feat on film.  Here's Ellie on her tummy, getting ready to roll onto her back.

And we're waiting...

...still waiting (what a cutie!)...

...and finally she decides to roll over onto her back.

Ellie loves to play with her rings.  She has them on her carseat, play mat and bouncy chair.

Ellie's thighs are getting so chubby!

Ellie in her bumpo chair.  What a happy little girl!

OUR VISIT TO MILWAUKEE - 8/14/09

In mid August, Ellie made her first trip to Milwaukee.  We made the trek for the first-ever Bradley cousins' family reunion.  We were also able to spend some time with my friend Katie and her daughter Peyton.

Katie with her adorable daughter Peyton (almost 2 years old).

Peyton with Ellie.

Peyton was a little disappointed with Ellie because she was too little to play.  But, she became excited when she saw she could play with Clara.

More play time.

On Saturday and Sunday, all the Bradley cousins (minus Tom Paluso who couldn't come from Texas) got together for the reunion.  Here is the extended Bradley family.

Last winter, the Bradley family received some tragic news.  My Aunt Sue was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  This reunion was to show love and support to my aunt.  My aunt is very strong.  Through everything, she is still smiling and laughing.  Here is my Aunt Sue with my Uncle Russ.

ELLIE AT 2 MONTHS

Here are some random photos of Ellie at 2 months of age.

One day this summer, our friend Anne babysat for Ellie when I went into work.  Anne took these photos of Ellie (Anne is very talented) and I thought they were too cute not to share.

Doesn't this photo just make you laugh?

You know Anne has to be talented if she can make Ellie look cute wrapped up in her spit cloth.

Ellie in her doll bonnet, which is too big for her.

Such of big smile, with drool on her chin.

Getting ready for bath time, grapping onto daddy's dirty running shorts which were laying on the bathroom floor.

Ellie loves taking baths.

Play time on her play mat.  This was the first time I noticed Ellie reach for and grab onto a toy.
